Free. there is no charge. I wouldn't advertise it as free to the world though... I'm not sure if any vendor's have already paid for spots... The original prices for sponsorship was outrageous and the vendor spots we originally asked for $50/day for a 100sqft (roughly)... At this point... getting ANY vendors here this weekend would be a plus as we have next to near zero.

I don't believe FA will be there as he posted something on Facebook about going to the auto-x.

Also, Unitronic is posting on FB stating they will be at Wolfsgart.

WORD... they should probably communicate to us that their going to be here... not just show up... oh well... hopefully next year vendors will be more organized. Also Technictuning guy told me i should get his stuff in the mail today... so that'll make 3 sponsors who sent us stuff. maybe when unitronics gets to the show we can ask them about putting something small into the raffle prizes... like some t-shirts or something...

I asked Anthony via text message today, and yes, they've communicated I guess. One of the Unitronic guys was asking how many people were going to show up so they could bring some giveaways. In the past at other show they've always had some pretty good stuff.

Also, talked Jason Russell, of VEMS into putting up his old booth from last year, and we'll park Cy's rally car, my BMW, and Steve's cabriolet in it as Jason wired all three cars. It'll at least get another vendor for people to check out, and Cy's race car will be a good sight to see.

SWEET!

I have received things from Germanpartsstore, Eurosport tuning, and Techtonictuning. we'll need to sort through the stuff and build the raffle prizes. I'm going with 4 prizes, 2 each day... people can buy either saturday or sunday... I have to meet with my DJ for my wedding tonight at 7, but after that if people are going to be around (either at the fairground or at mikes shop or whatever) i'll swing by and we can sort it all out. I'm going to try and make it to the fairground after work but I'm pretty busy.

Across the street, but yet. It'll be pretty obvious when you get over there.

ya i saw that right after asking... So... who's invited drop kick murphy's to the parties? I think it'd be badass if they helped at the show saturday... like helped with parking or something... freaking hilarious if they did that... all wearing the Wolfsgart Staff t-shirts... If they're cool guys maybe they'd be down for the show if they're not booked.
