Creating a list of Vendors based on Waterfest.

AWE Tuning
Eurotuner
Performance VW
REVO
APTuning
ST Suspension
KW Suspension
GIAC
ECS tuning
SPEC clutches and Flywheels
Black Forest Industries
Dynamic Motorworks

Sponsors:
Hella
Autoplates
German Auto Parts.com
Autobahn
Techtonics Tuning
Eurosport Tuning
AutoTech
Quaife
ACT
EuroSnobs
Autohaas
Auto Additions

There's a bunch of others, but I pulled the ones that are more well known (and didn't look like they were just local of waterfest).
Anthony, reply to this thread and tell me which ones haven't been contacted yet so I can get started. for sponsors are you looking for product to give away? or money to pay for the show itself?

So far GermanAutoparts.com and I believe TechtonicsTuning is going to send us some gift certificates and smaller things... I contacted Monster and Red bull and they both don't have representation up here (nearest for redbull is manchester)... actually the Monster corporate girl said she wasn't allowed to contact their "Sales Team" people because it was such short notice... SO IF ANY OF YOU SEE THE MONSTER ENERGY DRINK VAN INVITE THEM TO THE DAMN SHOW!!!!!
Still contacting other people on the list to at least be sponsors for the show by donating stuff for the raffles. more prizes in the raffles the more raffle tickets sold (in my mind)

another thing. People give me the names of local places that might be interested in doing a % off with the Wolfsgart ticket, Make a list here... though that might be hard to advertise to people (maybe Denver can do it).

I've been talking to Unitronics since ... Day after the meeting?... Talking with Lavi... They're in Montreal too so they could potentially come down... Were you the one who sent the Sponsorship package email to him? He mentioned that he got an email from someone regarding Wolfsgart.

I didn't send any package. I sent a note to Mike Szimigel who is one of the owners. He never responded. But a guy named Dom PM'd me on Montreal Racing.com

no one is vending that i've talked to. it was way to late in the game for them to even consider it (not my fault). and majority of them when I called were still getting back from Waterfest. Anthony would have a better count of vendors...

I haven't heard back from Unitronics... I also read that some guys from NH were driving up from manchester (I think) and they said their video of the trip/show might make it on the unitronics website?? Next year we'll probably get more vendors... assuming the show this year doesn't crash and burn.

We know where VW dealer is going, that's really the only one we need to worry about as they've got the biggest stuff. the rest of the vendors can just fill in when/if they show up...

Called 8380 and I doubt they're coming... The owner is getting married this week and off on his honeymoon the next week... so unless there's other guys working for that place, and they are local, I highly doubt they'll be a vendor.
People should be calling local business's and seeing if they'd like to come be vendors. What of Nate's auto? they doing a thing this year too? what about other local businesses? Honestly I haven't the time from now until friday... at this point it might just be to late. and if I don't get anything from technictuning by friday I'm assuming they aren't sending us anything... and their name should be removed from the sponsorship page (if it's there).

So what are the rates for vending, if they want to?
