Who's officially judging? I say we choose 4 people as panel judging... maybe 5... we have to take into account the # of volunteers... not everyone can judge and run the show... just not enough people.

I have another idea about judging for spectators but I'll post it elsewhere.

I like the idea of keeping the judging internal and not using the spectators. The less we have to do on game day the better. (i.e. counting 100's of ballots vs. organizer internal voting)

I understand; the judging for the classes will not be spectator judged.

HOWEVER

In my "activities" thread, we can have some "fun" judging done by the spectators... I think it's a good idea because its something everyone can be involved in, and we don't have to have the results right then and there... and they only need to judge 5-10 things... not 50 classes. so people won't be bored with it. However I still feel the # of classes will only generate

I understand what you're saying about some sort of spectator judging... some sort of involvement. I do like the idea of keeping them involved. I'll add my ideas to the other thread.
