seems WAY WAY smarter then planing for this year unless the field is reserved for the weekend of 09/19, then we should really get our sh!t together, if not planning for next year is a much better use of time and energy

I feel we really need to get a strong core staff and plan this. There are lots of questions from other people that we need to answer. Also, instead of doing nothing this year, lets do a cruise with judging. I have done it in the past and wasn't too bad.

I'm okay with that. All are welcome at our house for meetings. I won't be able to make the event as it is the same weekend as the hillclimb, but I want to stay involved and do all I can.

We can be on better footing for next year since we can start early.
