Block painted. Engine bay harness and fuse block removed. ABS gone. Most seam sealer removed. A 3rd of the un used holes welded up.

Also picked up another glader from Shawn (thanks!) that may be a better candidate to rebuild.

Yah that does look nice, but I don't need anymore cars that just sit around.

So cracked into the g-lader... its toast. So I split open charger number 2 and it looks minty fresh. Mostly just cleaning (maybe polishing) parts. Did some more in the engine bay frame rails are almost ready for bondo. Need to pickup my cylinder head from RPM and a gasket set is on the way.

Old charger;

New foam and heater core in my heater box. Very close to done welding in the bay so I did a little filler and sanding in spots. Waiting for another layer to dry then should be back at it tomorrow. Hoping to order paint by the end of next week and spray the bay anyway.

Small update... Sold both my G-laders. Going to see a man about a twin screw. :D Bought some parts. Sold some parts. Sounds like the car may get in Thursday with our body guy to at least get the bay painted for now. Also I plated my oil pan. Went a little over kill.

I have a twin screw and its a big let down, besides the noise, my stage 4 ported charger was better. If I had to do it again, I would have pieced together a turbo kit. Everything is about ready to blow up and its only making maybe 200 crank hp on a cold day, more like 180-185 when its 110 outside.

:? Well the wheels are already in motion. I'm driving his car first before I buy it so ill get feel for it. Really don't want to go turbo with this one... Looking to keep a little veriety. We'll see. Not looking for a ton power either. The car was nice to cuirse around in with the broken charger. If I wanted power the PG engine would in the scrap pile.
